Cradle suspension adaptors are standard features on all FBA Gomyl machine. For other BMU brands the suitable cradle adaptors will be supplied. The Aerialbrush is provided with a tripbar and this tripbar is mechanically operated by the tripbar of the cradle. The trip bar installation is synchronized with the BMU Trip bar.

The power supply is coming from the roof level including the water supply by means of a standard water hose, that’s why we do not need such a high pressure. On the pendant control is situated beside the emergency stop with pushbutton for activating the soap pump with water supply or only water supply.

The water is going first through the “OSMOSE TANKS” to separate the chalk from the water that the water will be pure distilled water. In this way it can be avoided that white drips of chalk will remain on the glass surface. Also with this new state of art technology it is not necessary to introduce wipers on the device as pure chalk-free water will evaporate immediately.

The Osmose tanks have a lifetime of about 50 operation hours, then the chemicals have to be filled up. Prior to each new installation a water analysis will be carried out to adapt the system perfectly to the buildings water quality. Above the brush and under the brush we have a set of 4 nozzles for spraying the water on the glass. So before the brush is starting to clean the surface is already wet to avoid damaging the glass or aluminium. Optionally the system can be equipped with a series of wipers. Setup in accordance to the facade design. Soap and detergent deposit to connect to the water nozzles. Including it the pump

The cleaning goes always in a vertical movement and that means that you use soap and water in the downwards direction and only water in the upwards movement. Optional cable reelers (up to 60m) and water hose reelers (up to 60) can be supplied. For higher buildings we can design special guide systems for the power cable and the water hoses.

The advantage of our system is that there is still place left in the cradle for 1 operator who can control the quality of the cleaning.

Transport of the brush

We supply a simple trolley for transport of the Aerialbrush and this trolley is very helpful to install the brush under the cradle. By lowering the cradle on top of the brush-frame you may connect the wires with the spanners to the support of the cradle.

Take 2 safety pins away for securing the cradle on the trolley and than hoist the cradle including the Aerialbrush.

Remove the trolley, connect the water hose and power supply and the whole system is ready for operation.

The trolley is an easy means of transport.
